In 2020, after over 30 years in the design industry founder Emily Tirpack pursued a career in the real estate industry. Although she enjoyed it, she quickly realized how much she needed a creative outlet and missed designing. Drawing on her background in design, marketing, and entrepreneurship she researched how she could up the professional home staging industry in the Greene County & Dayton area. She dove in with both feet and became certified as a Master Level Certified Staging Design Professional, Master Color Consultant and Airbnb/Short Term Rental Designer.

 

Emily uses her design skills of furniture placement, color selection and merchandising to make a client’s home more inviting and ready to sell. She has worked in many design settings and worn a variety of different hats, including retail merchandising, floral & interior design, management, marketing, and business ownership across the Greene County/Dayton area. This has helped her perfect her ability to increase the appeal of each home and get more potential buyers in the door.

 

Emily is an active member of the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce, Dayton Board of Realtors, and Women’s Council of Realtors. Although Emily is an active Realtor, her passion is design. Providing creative environments that increase rental bookings which allows others to be successful is what she is known for professionally. Her clients and colleagues describe her as a hardworking, creative, and dedicated professional committed to her craft and her clients.

 

Emily and her husband live in Greene County, with their 4 grown daughters close by. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, trying new restaurants and exploring all that the area has to offer. She admits that she is addicted to shopping which is a perfect fit for her at Em’s Design Group. She is always looking for new and exciting furnishings for the groups’ staging inventory.
